All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by us. Refunds are handled under their policies — see Apple’s refund page or Google Play’s refund page. If a purchase was charged but never delivered in-game, email us and we will make it right.
VIP is a weekly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel at any time in your store account — on iPhone or on Google Play. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription.
Remove Ads and an active VIP subscription can be restored on a new device from Settings, using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase. Coins, gems, Lucky Spins and boosters are used up when spent and are not restored, and your progress stays on the device it was made on.
The Lucky Slots are played with Lucky Spins, which you earn in the game — by winning levels, from quests, daily rewards and the league, and one free spin a day. Lucky Spins are never sold, and every prize is an in-game item with no money value.
The friends, the club, the weekly league and the LIVE games you can watch are simulated in the game with computer-controlled players. Nothing you do there is sent to other players, and no one else can watch you play. See the Privacy Policy.
