Purchases & refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by us. Refunds are handled under their policies — see Apple’s refund page or Google Play’s refund page. If a purchase was charged but never delivered in-game, email us and we will make it right.

Restore purchases

Boom Stack Smash. Removing ads and any other non-consumable purchase can be restored on a new device from the shop screen, using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.

Atlas Mahjong. Remove Ads and an active VIP subscription can be restored on a new device from Settings or the VIP club, using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase. Gems, coins and boosters are used up when spent and are not restored.

Mahjong Mosaic. Remove Ads can be restored on a new device from Settings, using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase. Coins, gems, boosters and the VIP pass are used up when spent and are not restored.

Subscriptions

Atlas Mahjong VIP. VIP is a weekly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel at any time in your store account — on iPhone or on Google Play. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription.

Mahjong Mosaic VIP. VIP is not a subscription: it is a 7-day pass you buy once. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel.
